Customer Service
Provide stellar customer service to each and every customer
Welcome every customer upon entering
Maintain positive attitude
Build a rapport with customers to increase customer loyalty, acknowledge continued patronage and enhance customer satisfaction
Be attentive and aware of customer needs. Work in a timely manner to resolve any customer issues and report to management if necessary.
Sales
Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed target goals
Stay current with upcoming events and marketing campaigns.
Share product knowledge with customers and never miss an opportunity to upsell.
Be knowledgeable about all new brands and products.
Use product knowledge to assist with recommendations
Inventory
Inventory counts to be completed upon manager request.
All discrepancies are to be presented to management for resolution Sell all product correctly Review customer order to ensure accuracy.
Merchandising
Proper placement of all inventory
Cigars are presentable and properly faced
Report any product location changes to management
All price tags must be current and visible
Replenish stock as needed
Operational Tasks
Complete opening & closing procedures effectively
Keep up on store appearance and cleanliness
Use cash registers to process transactions
Refer to management for any additional projects or assignments
