We do not consider a sale complete until the customer is satisfied and we need the right people to make that happen!
Customer Engagement Center representatives are responsible for answering incoming calls, making outgoing phone calls, responding to customer email/internet correspondences. While doing this you will maintain accurate records on each call, notating each call in the computer system.
This position is all about solving customer problems! Sometimes that takes some detective work… so if you’re a fan of “Where’s Waldo” and “Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?” This is the job for you!
Applicants must have strong follow-through skills with the ability to go back and forth between tasks as necessary.
Must be VERY courteous and polite on the telephone, making sure that the customer understands how important and valued they are to the company.
Should be able to handle a high volume workload and multi-task between non-phone and phone work.
Must be flexible and comfortable in a sales environment as we are an e-commerce business.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Windows Operating System functionality and Microsoft Office Applications.
Must be dependable, reliable and able to work during the hours of 8AM – 7PM Monday through Friday and some weekend
